The price for the renting of flats includes the cost of water, electricity, gas, parking car and TV-Color.
General rules.
The apartment are completely furnished, including refrigerator, dishes and glasses, pots and pans, stove, TV-Color.
The prices for the renting of apartments includes the cost of water, electricity, gas and Agency.
The keys are only handed in our Agency ADRIATICA Street Via Pinzon 14 corner Street Via Carducci 2, Igea Marina (Rimini Nord) and must be handed back to us personally at the end of the last day.
The guests can take possession of the rented apartment after hours 3 p.m. on the first day (max hours 7 p.m.) and it absolutely must be left free from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. o'clock on the last day of the reserved period.
The last day of weekly renting are on Saturday.
The payment money the day of the arrival, at which time will also pay a caution of 100 EUR, which will be returned (after the control of the our employee) at the end of the period except in the case of eventual damages.
