Description of the flats and general rules for renting.
The flats to let are in villas composed of 4/8 flats or in blocks that are right beside the beach or only a maximum of 400 mt away from it. They are equipped with crockery, pots and pans, cutlery; they are completely furnished including refrigerator, blankets and bedspreads.
Linen, television, umbrella and sun bed on the beach are not included. The prices for the renting of flats includes the cost of water, electricity and gas.
To book a flat to rent it is necessary to send a deposit of 30% of the rental price relative to the flat booked and the successive 70% will be payed by the holiday maker at the consignment of the flat.
The keys are only handed over in our Agency ADRIATICA in Viale Pinzon 14, 47814 BELLARIA-IGEA MARINA (Rimini) Tel. & Fax +39.0541.349507 and must be handed back to us personally at the end of the lease. The first and las day of weekly renting periods are understood start on Saturday.
The holiday maker can take possession of the rented flat after 3 p.m. on the first day of the lease and it absolutely must be left free by 10 a.m. on the last day written on the contract escept case of different agreements reached by the parties.
At which time the holiday maker will also pay a caution of € 100,00 (€ 200,00 for group of young people) which will be returned at the end of the period of the lease except in the case of eventual damages.
